Payment

 

  • A deposit is expected following the confirmation of your proposal. 

  • Our Menu costs are carefully researched however, should the cost of groceries exceed the approved budget, the difference is expected to be made up in your next payment. This will be discussed prior to making any over-budget purchases.

Cancellation Policy

 

Events 25+ Guests

  • If an Agreement is drawn within ______ days of the event, The Eclectic Table, LLC will refund 50% of the required deposit paid.

  • If an Agreement is drawn within ______days of the event, the Client agrees to pay full-service costs per the amount agreed to in this contract and any signed and updated versions and for any perishable purchases made prior to the date of the event. Under certain extreme circumstances, your funds may be transferable to another date, which must be discussed within ______ of this event and this contract will be amended. 

  • Should the event be canceled by The Eclectic Table, LLC, The Eclectic Table, LLC will fully refund any monies paid within five (5) days of the date of cancellation.

Events less than 25 Guests

  • All cancellations made within thirty days' notice, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your deposit of the professional service fee. 

  • All cancellations made less than seven days' notice, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your deposit of the professional service fee.

  • If groceries were not purchased you will be refunded for the menu cost if you paid over the required deposit of the professional service fee.

Guaranteed Minimum Guest Count & Time Duration

The fees and pricing quoted in your proposal are estimates based on the client’s guaranteed minimum guest count and guaranteed time duration. If more guests are served or services are needed for additional time not included in the client’s estimated time duration, this service reserves the right to charge a fair price for the additional food, drink, labor, and services required. If fewer guests attend or less time is needed, the culinary team will still be paid according to the guaranteed minimum guest count and time duration. Please see your contract for specific terms. 

Responsibilities of my Clients & Other Info:

  • We may ask for pictures or a video walkthrough of the kitchen & service area to become familiar with the spaces prior to your event.

  • Please make sure your kitchen area is clean and ready on the scheduled cooking date.

  • Please leave containers if you would like me to store your leftovers if any.

  • We will take photos to commemorate the evening as well as for marketing purposes without compromising the flow of service and temperature. If you do not want photos taken of any specific subject or area please let us know via email prior to your date of service. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information.
